Marvel Select is supposed to be a line for characters that wouldnt fit into the ML lines or not intended to be in the line due to size...

They're on a bigger scale and more detailed with less articulation, but MS according to Toybiz is going to become a sister line to ML...so the scale may be more compatible with them....

It depends, if you want selection, and are just interested in getting the characters you want, I'd go with ML. But if you want some purdy representations of a select few Marvel characters, go with MS. Only problem with MS is they tend to be very hit or miss.
